Team Member Coaching

It is a coaching process to achieve the high level of performance of team innovatively.

Team coaching is a group coaching process in which all members of a team participate to resolve issues in team. The Coach with the participants including the team leader facilitates to find solutions for the work objective, the conflict between the team members, the work efficiency, the development of the team culture and the clarification of the team goals. In the process, building connections between the team leader and the members will be strengthened and the communication among members will be activated efficiently. They as a team will work together to solve issues and challenges that are currently facing.

Course Essentials

  1. 1. Understanding among Team Members

    The participants can help and understand each other through the sharing of their personal behavioral styles, communicative preferences, characteristics of the work they are in charge of, the challenges faced during work and the necessary support for the job. They also rebuild relationships and connections that have been lost due to their busy work forces with each other.

  2. 2. Developing Coaching Competencies

    Understand the key skills of coaching, which include questioning, active listening and feedback techniques. Through simulations, discussions, 1:1 practices and group exercises, they can understand these skills better and apply them effectively in work process, during communications between members and communications between hierarchy.

  3. 3. Maximizing Autonomy and Creativity

    Each member internalizes the coaching principle, "Everyone has all the answers within themselves." This leads to a shift and change in consciousness and creates autonomous and create dynamics in their work and relationship.

  4. 4. Strengthening Execution Power and Iterative Learning

    Following Team members Group Coaching process, participants will meet 2 hours each week for 3 months to share their issues and to collaborate with one another. Through this process, each member will implement skills and resolve issues, while encouraging each other by mutual support and stimulating motivation. These experiences will strengthen both personal and team performances and drive to achieve.

  5. 5. Increasing the Effectiveness of Work between Boss and Employee.

    According to the principle of coaching that understands leadership as a horizontal partnership, they eliminate the barriers of communication between leaders and members and allows for rapid establishment of a horizontal team culture. Through this, they change their work process quickly, civilly and agilely, and secure a strong competitiveness to respond to fast changes in customers and industries.
