Business Specialized Professional Coach
A business professional coach is a professional coach who coaches leaders including CEOs of an organization or a company, Senior managers, and Executives. A business coach operates a coaching sessions in partnership with organizations and executives to achieve the goals of management and organization in the short term or the long term base. This course will help executive coaches equip themselves with the core expertise which is needed to work together on issues facing leaders in the organization over a period of at least 3 months to years.

The Contents of the Course
This course includes a rich and diverse set of tools, such as a general understanding of business coaching, a skill of dealing with issues that executives are struggling with, developing the necessary competences, familiarizing with management operating system, a skill of evaluate performance, dealing with personal pre-post assessments, and designing modules. The course not only allows you to understand the core concepts and structures in each area, but also allows you to experience and embody them through demonstration a practice, exercises, feedback and group activities.

Later part of the course, supervision is provided to objectively evaluate participants' coaching level and ability by observing and giving feedback to individual participant's management or leaders. Through this process of understanding, experiencing, and practicing executive coaching, participants will have the confidence and passion to coach organizational leaders such as CEOs, executives, and middle level managers within 1:1 coaching or group coaching to drive high level of performance.
