What is the Employment Insurance Refund System(Governmental Assistance)?
It is the assistant program that an employer or an employee who has joined the Employment Insurance is a beneficiary to receive a fund to cover the education expenses. There are 2 ways to receive it.

1. mployer Refund System
After the employer applies for the training and pays the fees, E.I. will refund the fee whole or partial to the employer. It pays up to the 100 % of EI that the employer has paid for a year. If is not used, it vanishes. It is recommended to claim the fund.

2. National Tomorrow Learning Card
An employee applies the "National Tomorrow Learning Card" and use the card to pay fees. Everyone who has joined the E.I. can claim up to 5,000,000won. Teachers and high salary worker are not applicable.
