Group Coaching

The Program to Train Group Coaching Professionals to Help Middle-Level Managers to Achieve Organizational Change and Performance

You will experience vividly group coaching dynamics including the understanding of the structure, process, key skills of group coaching, and how to make agreements in group, as well as the key methods to achieve organizational change and performance and to facilitate a group coaching. Participants will acquire the expertise of group coaching by designing the group coaching process after experiencing real group coaching sessions.

About Program

  1. 01

    Embodiment of Group Coaching Skills

    With a group of 6-10 participants, you practice integrated skills, including facilitation, teaching, and coaching, to achieve change and performance

  2. 02

    Practice and Feedback Oriented

    Focusing more on practices than theories, Familiarizing with the process from the introductory session to the last session

  3. 03

    Usage of Diagnostic Tests

    Pre-Post diagnostic paper analysis and interpretation, Coaching goal derivation technique, Embodiment of process

  4. 04

    Performance Derivation Techniques

    Deriving performance and tangible results through developing skills within each session and applying them to the workplace, and repeating the reflection with established partnership.

Module

  1. 1. The Structure and Process of Group Coaching

    Understanding the purpose and benefits of group coaching, the structure and process, and the expected effects and outcomes

  2. 2. Goal Setting and Operation Techniquies

    Ability to analyze group goals and individual participant's issues to develop overall goals, action plans and group coaching management skills

  3. 3. Leadership Development and Creating a Collaborative Environment

    Understanding and applying 7 stages of leadership development for organizational leadership developing. Coaching skills to create a collaborative environment for improving performance

  4. 4. Pre-Post Diagnosis and Performance Evaluation

    Pre-Post diagnosis paper analysis and performance evaluation, self-coaching goal setting, group coaching module design and feedback

Workshop for 8 hours, 2 times conferencing call classes, 2 hours, 2 times. total 20 hours training.
