The Asia Coach Center was established in 2000 with the mission of cultivating leaders and talents for Korea's advancement. Over the past 23 years, we have continued to introduce the world's leading coaching programs and train and produce professional coaches as well as establish a culture of coaching leadership for organizations.

In the 20 years since the introduction of coaching leadership, Korea became one of the top 10 developed countries and the level of Korean leadership and people has improved greatly. Korea has since learned industrial technology, knowledge, commodities, and leadership from other countries, making remarkable progress, and now introduced such technologies and knowledge to the rest of the world. In the midst of the devastation of war in the world, no poor and destroyed countries were reported to develop into a top 10 country of the world. This is the result of Korea's values in cooperation, passion for growth, agility and authenticity.

Korea has now entered an era in which exchange of technology, food and other goods are important to maintain relationships with other countries. The capabilities of our country's leaders and the talented have also advanced, making it possible to contribute to the growth and maturity of many developing countries. In particular, with the recent acceleration of non-face-to-face society and digital transformation, the pace of innovation in the education sector is accelerating. There is a powerful change and innovation taking place not only in the economy and industrial technology, but also in education, and each of us must develop excellence for ourselves in line with the pace of this change.

Above is the demand for leadership and national sentiment worthy of the developed countries, and from below there is a growing demand from the mz generation to adapt to their culture and needs. The Asia Coach Center will help everyone at this important starting point to be more prosperous and more successful in their work and life and to achieve value and growth.
