Career Learning Leadership Program

Be a respected and skillful instructor through taking the Coaching Instructor Training Course.

This program is to train professional career education leaders, through teaching learning skills, career exploration, career awareness, and career preparation at the different stage of education, to help students to make plans for their happy future. It is a professional training course that encourages students to pursue their dreams and goals with a way of self-directed studies and helps them understand and choose a career and a career field that fit their dreams and interests.

Process

The process of up to 3 months to 1 year establishes learning and career direction. At each stage, a coach who is at the right level manages students' learning skills and grades. In addition, coaches, mentors and consultants support the learning to suit the students' levels and needs.

Why Students Need It?

For students, designing the future in line with their dreams and passions, is more important than studying. In order to make the right career choices for students, students should be able to objectively grasp their own interests, aptitudes, learning abilities, emotions, etc and understand the types and characteristics of their professions, the prospects of the of the future industrial society, and the changes in the world of work.     It is a curriculum that allows students to learn the most basic fundamentals of self-directed learning coaching in practice. It is a core education program that carefully selects only the content that is essential for guiding primary and secondary students among the vast educational content of coaching. The Career Learning Professional Coach Class 2 Certificate, certified by the Korea Vocational Skills Development Institute and awarded by the Asia Coach Center, is issued. You will also be eligible to participate in the Career learning Professional Coach Class1 Training Course.

    The Career Learning Professional Coach Class1 Certificate, certified by the Korea Vocational Skills Development Institute and awarded by the Asia Coach Center, is issued. You will also be eligible to officially act with the registration of Asia Coach Center's Certified Career Learning Coach.

Learning professional coach level 2 certification program: 2days workshop, total 20 hours.
Learning professional coach level 1 certification program: 2days workshop, total 20 hours.
If you want to enroll to the Level 1, you have to complete the Level 2 course first before you take the Level 1 program.
After completing each course, if you pass the exam, you will be issued a civilian certificate.
