Mentor Coaching
To be an outstanding professional, you need to have a mentor coach who is supporting, encouraging and pays attention to your future path.
It is a very important gateway to you becoming an excellent professional if you have a mentor that has professional knowledge, skills, spirit of care and insight that will help you after you have completed the training for becoming a coach.
-
Mentor Coach
Mentor coaches support people who want to become professional coaches as mentor coaches to have excellent skills, expertise, attitudes, and minds. Mentor coaches provide clear feedback on areas that need to be developed, while giving warm encouragement to coach Pico to grow as a professional for an hour of coaching.
-
Coachee
Through mentor coaching sessions, Pcoach objectively recognizes the current level of his expertise, identifies the gap with the goals he wants to reach in the future, and plans to develop them and practices them on his own.
Program Value
It is very hard for people to grow without sincere and accurate guides and advices. If a coach encourages a coachee like a parent spoiling their child, the coachee will not receive truthful feedback. If a coach shows unrealistic expectations like a parent projecting overwhelming expectations on the child, the coachee may get discouraged or feel misunderstood. The mentor coach facilitates coaching sessions without any biases, and with professionalism and a caring heart to help the coachee become a great coach, gain experience through transformation of emotions and thoughts and get new insights and enlightenment.
A coachee develops coaching competencies through mentor coaching, and achieve deeper level of mindset, potentiality and confidence to being an excellent professional coach.
The main responsibility of a mentor coach is to be a kind of mirror, reflecting onto the coachee with objective and insightful feedback and help the coachee clearly understand themselves on their own.
