Features of the Course

  1. 1. How to use the textbook of 5R coaching leadership

    Understanding the purpose and value of the contents of 5R coaching leadership training and the core themes of the course. In particular, for each topic in the text book, preparing to teach with confidence by distinguishing and detailing.

  2. 2. Teaching Techniques as an Instructor

    Learning the basic teaching techniques that an instructor should have and do group exercises. Especially , developing the ability to maintain equanimity and objectivity in the front of the public audience. Understanding and strengthening the qualities and attitudes of the instructors.

  3. 3. Demonstrations and Lecture Exercises

    Conducting short lecture demonstrations on a subject, the participants give feedback to each other to improve their teaching habits and confidence as instructors.

  4. 4. Follow-up After Completion of the Training

    After the course, teaching tool set, lecture PPT, reference videos, related music and etc will be provided. In the case of contracting with Asia Coach Center as a professional coach, there is a chance to act as an instructor or an intern to teach at a contracted company.

    Understanding presentation techniques for public speech, practicing 5R coaching leadership, Individual presentation and group feedback.

  4. 4. Action Plan and Completion

    Congratulations and Presentation, Follow-up action plans, The awarding of the 5R coaching program Certificate.
