    It measures the degree of development of coaching leadership competencies, including questioning skills, active listening and feedback. It consists of 30 questions including 5 competencies and 11 sub detailed questions. Based on the results of the test, a practically development strategy is drawn up to guide the participant to develop coaching leadership competencies.
