Living wisely through the cycle of loss, pain, hope and happiness.
We are living and growing through the stages of loss, pain, hope and happiness in life journey. Just as happiness is not eternal, suffering also does not last forever. When we know the truth that we are not the only ones experiencing pain and sorrow but everyone lives through the moments of joy and sorrow, we can develop our ability to cope and grow. If you can recognize where you are in those moments, you can move forward for hope and achieve a happy work-life balanced life without panicking, giving up, or feeling anger and maintain physical and mental balance in your life.

Examining where my life is in the different stages of life, including joy, anger, pain and pleasure, from the past to present, and exploring the direction to manage the future of myself

Finding Value and Purpose of Life
To prevent repeated pain and failure in life and to promote happiness, I should clarify my values and purpose in lfe through reflecting on what to remove, how to say and act differently

Managing and maintaining the balance of life on my own through analyzing the factors that drain energies from the body, relationships, mind, work and etc

Gaining deep insight into the reason for existence, I am able to establish new goals that align with my mission, vision and value of life and to develop action plan for life balance and happiness. The program matches partner between participants for mutual feedback
