1. Improving Collaboration between Teams

The heads of departments and team leaders come together as a group and share the issues of their work places to find solutions. In the process, they naturally break down the barriers between their teams and strengthen the level of horizontal communication and work cooperation.

The essential skills of coaching, including questioning, active listening, and feedback techniques will be enhanced. In addition, through simulation and discussion, as well as 1:1 practice, group practice, will the participatns go further than understanding of key coaching skills and develop them through apply them to their actual work process, communication between leaders, member coaching, up-and-down cooperation

4. Iterative Learning and Strengthening Application
Based on the Group Coaching process, the participants meet 2 hours each week for 3 months to share their issues and to collaborate. Through this process, each team leaders resolves and implements the issues, they were facing on their own work place, every week. And, they establish a positive team culture through encouraging each other with mutual support and stimulating motivation among them. These experiences strengthen their coaching competencies as leaders and their ability of implement, as well as help them to achieve team goals effectively.
