Maximizing Business Performance Including Leadership Competencies and Management Strategy
An entrepreneur who has led a business by pioneering unknown customers is an adventurer who is ready for a new future that he has never experienced. It is a program to solve problems challenging and stressful in always changing environment with a coach and other fellow executives who work in the same business environment. In particular, it is the training program that includes the ICF's ACTP course. After completing the course, the leader can obtain ACC, PCC certification.

Business Vision, Values, Goal Clarification
Rearranging the business and personal vision, finding and aligning personal and business values, setting medium and- long term business goal for the future.
Understanding and Experiencing Coaching Leadership
Knowing the existing problem-oriented approach and the structure of communication, solution-oriented visual and dialogue frame, and understanding the the core of coaching including the basic philosophy, values and definitions of coaching.

Understanding the Stages of Leadership Development and Managing Emotions and Thoughts
