Coaching Credentials and Certifications

Coaching is becoming a popular profession in society as it is being incorporated into the latest human resources development and leadership development techniques worldwide. With this expansion of demand, as well as the emergence of a large number of professional coaches, clients demand to show clear standards of coaching qualities and professional competence. It is the certification that can demonstrate clear and objective professionalism, and the coaching qualification is divided into national and international certifications. Recently, as customers are demanding more and more high standards of qualifications, so has the social confidence in certifications. Most professional coach candidates are in the process of gaining a national certification while entering the country, and then gradually increasing their competence and maturity by obtaining an international certificate.

Roadmap for Being a Professional Coach

    Coaching Basics

    20 Hours of training to be eligible for KAC national coaching certificate (plus 50 practiced hours needed)

  2. 02

    ICF Core Competency Training

    40 Hours of training to be eligible for KPC national coaching certificate (plus 200 practiced hours needed)

  3. 03

    International Work-Life Balance Coaching

    40 Hours of training to be eligible for ACC, PCC ICF coaching certificate (For ACC, 200 practiced hours required / For PCC, 500 hours)

  4. 04

    Supervision, Mentor Coaching

    Experiencing group coaching, supervisions, 1:1 mentor coaching to practice coaching competencies freely. A professional coach will supervise through observation, evaluation, and feedback through supervision and mentor coaching to strengthen your coaching competencies as a professional.

    CoachTalk

    Online platform to pair a client up with a coach (for paid costumer)

ICF Credential

  1. ACC

    Associate Certified Coach

    Basic Requirements: 60+ hours of education and 100+ hours of coaching experience

  2. PCC

    Professional Certified Coach

    Basic Requirements: 125+ hours of education and 500+ hours of coaching experience

    Work-Life Balance International Coach Program
  3. MCC

    Master Certified Coach

    Basic Requirements: 200+ hours of education and 2,500+ hours of coaching experience

Associate Certified Coach
